By 30 June 2025, all Club Directors of venues with gaming machines in NSW must complete one of the following training requirements:

nb: This mandatory training requirement was introduced by NSW Liquor & Gaming as part of the 1 July 2024 Gaming Reforms.
Upon successful completion of an RGBO course, Club Directors will receive an RGBO course completion certificate from CMNL Academy.
RGBO training does not include an endorsement on the NSW competency card. Instead, Club Directors must retain their CMNL Academy-issued certificate as proof of course completion.
