Who should attend this course?

This course is designed for people who currently work at entry level in the industry or for those who have no prior experience. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills and basic industry knowledge. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks, work under direct supervision and are seeking to work in roles such as bar or café attendant, catering assistance, food and beverage attendant or front office assistant.

Career pathways:

Units of study aim to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to take a variety of Front of House roles in Cafes or Restaurants ie:
