The program is designed to give you mandatory skills and knowledge required to: Use provide responsible service of alcohol and responsible gambling services. A Statement of Attainment will be awarded for all units of competency upon successful course completion.

NB: Once you have successfully completed the face-to-face component of SITHGAM022 you will be required to complete an additional online Liquor & Gaming assessment before Liquor & Gaming will issue and interim certificate.

On successful completion you will receive an RCG Statement of Attainment for SITHGAM022 issued by Communal Academy. You will then be required to complete an additional online Liquor & Gaming assessment containing 30 questions, with 100% pass rate (multiple attempts will be allowed). On successful completion Liquor & Gaming will issue and interim certificate. When you receive your interim certificate, you will need to take it to Service NSW with 100pts of I.D. You must do this within 90days to receive your RCG Competency card. Please note that RCG legislation is different for other states/territories. You must check with the relevant state or territory to see if your RCG competency card is recognised.
